Thomas has played drums since 1965. In 2006 he used six vintage Slingerland shells to create this collaged drum kit. Over one thousand pieces were used, none of them repeated, and the shell interiors were stained a deep blue. This kit was generously featured in Modern Drummer magazine as their "Kit of the Month" in August 2007. Thomas photographed this unique kit to create these dynamic posters. The Collage Kit posters are 19” X 27”.
